Senior IC, player-coach, or hands-on leader roles in support, CX operations, and customer success. I care less about the title than about staying close to customers, tools, and the team.

• Availability: available immediately.

• Based in: Boston, MA. Open to remote, hybrid, or onsite in the Boston metro area. I led a remote team across four countries for years.
• Travel: happy to travel up to about 15%, and more for local trips, especially to meet up with teams.
