Led a packaging redesign to align with brand messaging, elevate the unboxing experience, and strengthen engagement and conversion at a key early onboarding touchpoint.

My role included vendor selection and management, budget oversight, overall program management, and analysis.

The impact was substantial: over 4-point improvement in conversion rate, substantially better customer feedback, no change in shipping damage rates, and 6% reduction in costs.
