Why I left Workable

In 2024, after a leadership change, Workable's priorities shifted and my role was heading somewhere different. After nine years, it was a good time to move on. I left on good terms to do the things I'd been putting off: an MBA, getting hands-on with AI, and building.

I'm proud of what we built there, and people I hired and developed still lead it today.
